Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data SNG (Sales Network Group, “SNG Estate”) receives through the sng.estate website and the @sngestatebot Telegram bot, why it is needed, who it is shared with and how to withdraw your consent to its processing.
Who processes the data

What data we receive
- Inquiries and presentation requests: name, phone number, e-mail (if provided), message text and request details — the property of interest, budget, preferred language.
- Reviews: name, text, rating and contract number. The contract number is used only to verify the review and is never published.
- Property sale listings: name, phone number, property description and photos; when sent via Telegram — also your Telegram username and ID.
- Technical data: IP address — temporarily, to protect forms from spam and password guessing; anonymous visit and page-speed statistics without cookies.
Why we need it
- to respond to your inquiry, select properties and arrange a viewing;
- to verify and publish a review or listing after moderation;
- to protect the website from spam and abuse and to improve it.
Legal basis
You consent to the processing of your personal data when you submit a form on the website or send a message to the bot. You can withdraw your consent at any time — see “Your rights”.
Who the data is shared with
- SNG Estate sales staff — via the company’s internal Telegram group.
- The services the website runs on: Vercel (hosting and storage of uploaded photos), Upstash (database of inquiries, reviews and listings), Telegram (notifications and the bot). Their servers may be located outside Uzbekistan.
- If error monitoring (Sentry) is enabled, it receives only technical details of the error: form contents, cookies and contact details are removed before sending.
We do not sell personal data. Published listings and reviews never include your contact details or contract number.
How long the data is kept
Until the purposes of processing are achieved or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. The data is then deleted.
Your rights

Cookies and browser storage
- the NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the selected site language;
- favorites, property comparison and the selected currency are stored in your browser (localStorage); your favorites list reaches the server only if you create a link to share it;
- technical sign-in cookies are used only in staff-only sections.
Changes to this policy
We update this text whenever data processing changes. The current version is always published on this page.
