Concept & Architecture
NAQSH Residence is a comfort-class residential complex by Zahidi Building in Yashnobod district, Tashkent (Uysozlar neighbourhood, 72A Uysozlar St). Its contemporary architecture continues Central Asian tradition: the signature NAQSH pattern on facades and balconies, porcelain stoneware on the ground floor, travertine-effect plaster above and architectural lighting. 2 blocks, 4 entrances, 7 floors and 168 apartments (Euro-2 and Euro-3, 47.23–60.72 m²) with 3 m ceilings and 9-point seismic resistance. Apartments are handed over in White Box condition: plastered aerated-concrete walls, floor screed, a double-circuit gas boiler, an entrance door with an electronic lock and a video intercom. Gated grounds and a living car-free courtyard: play areas for ages 2–14, a running track, workout zone, table tennis, BBQ area and a guest room, with 30% of the site landscaped. Underground parking for 42 cars with a lift to the residential floors and 10 commercial units on the ground floor. Construction started in October 2026, handover is planned for Q4 2028. Payment: 100% upfront or instalments until the keys are handed over.
